Michigan’s Governor Whitmer has issued a “Stay at Home” order, effective at midnight on March 23, 2020, and Wisconsin’s Governor Evers has issued a “Safer at Home” order, effective at 8:00 a.m. at March 25, 2020. Each of these Executive Orders designates water and wastewater utility staff as critical infrastructure workers.
Through this challenging time in our nation’s history, our team will continue to work. IAI will follow federal and state guidelines to keep our employees healthy and on the job, operating essential water and wastewater treatment systems, across the states of Michigan and Wisconsin. As always, we are fully committed to the health of our employees and the communities we serve, by providing safe, clean water for drinking and for the environment. Our office in Rockford, Michigan will remain open, to support the work of our water and wastewater field staff.
