IAI has provided contract operation and management services for the City of Cedar Springs Wastewater Treatment Facility since 2001. The 1.2 MGD average daily flow (4.1 MGD peak flow) facility is a state of the art Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) plant. The system includes three reactors controlled by a microprocessor based SCADA system. IAI’s scope of services include full time plant operations and management, daily on-site effluent monitoring and analysis, plus full preventative and corrective maintenance. Maintenance task schedules are fully computerized. IAI also provides biosolids management and oversees the biosolids land application program. We provide 24-hour emergency services, including off-site monitoring of plant via computer modem.
